For over 60 years, INDUSTRIAL CERAMICS LTD has been a leading manufacturer and supplier of custom shaped refractory ceramics for use in the Petrochemical and Sulphur industries worldwide.  We specialize in the design and manufacture of ceramic ferrules and inserts for the thermal protection of Waste Heat Boilers, as well as nozzles and shapes for specialized applications.  Specifically, we are world renowned for the popular 2-piece Hexagon Head ferrule as well as our solid hexagon head design.  With over 60 year’s experience, trust Industrial Ceramics Ltd for superior technical expertise and product reliability related to your refractory needs.    

The main office and factory is located in Milton, Ontario, Canada. In addition, Industrial Ceramics Ltd. has an effective presence worldwide in the form of representative, distributors and technical staff responsible for various areas and countries, which enables us to provide technical backup and support in all major areas and time zones.

In addition to offering the highest quality of products, we believe that, due to the complications of the process and diversity of applications and operating conditions which makes every case unique, providing technical services is a key factor for satisfying the clients’ needs in full. Based on this policy we always try to make sure the client receives the best technical support available in every project from the beginning to the end. Our technical supports range from proposing the right design, material selection, CFD modelling where needed, installation / inspection supervisions and after sales services.

Throughout our long history, we have supplied our ferrules to a very wide range of clients in almost all the countries, where Sulphur Recovery or Sulphuric Acid plants can be found. In addition to the end-users (Refineries, Gas Plants, Petrochemical Plants, Sulphuric Acid Plants, etc.), we constantly supply ferrules to boiler manufactures, EPC contractors and process licensors – many of them on exclusive basis, to an extent that some licenses exclusively specify Industrial Ceramics ferrules and many others highly recommend using them for the highest performance.
